Raypak Ultra High Efficiency Boilers - Xfyre and Xtherm
Our PROPAK TM model boilers and water heaters represent the state of the art in boiler technology providing up to 99% operating efficiency. All our systems feature stainless steel, sealed combustion heat exchangers and sophisticated operating controls to more accurately dial in your system parameters. Combining a space saving, wall mounted design with large BTU capability makes these boilers ideal for today's small equipment rooms. And durable stainless steel construction means these units are built to last in the toughest environments.
Single PROPAK TM units available from 79,000 to 599,000 BTU's. Up to 8 units can be combined for up to 4,800,000 BTU total capacity.
Rheem Tank Type Heaters
Huron Valley Sales is proud to feature Raypak's lineup of high efficiency boilers. Rated at up to 99% efficiency, the Raypak Xfyre and Xtherm boilers and water heaters, are space saving floor standing heaters with durable powder coated steel cabinets, sealed combustion heat exchanger, front mounted controls and top mount water inlet and outlet. These units are tough, feature rich, and best of all - built by Raypak!
Single Xfyre units are available in 300,000 to 850,000 BTU's and can be combined up to 8 units for up to 6,800,000 BTU's
Raypak's Xtherm model is available from 1,005,000 BTU to 2,000,000 BTU's.
PROPAK Atmospheric Boilers and Water Heaters
Built by Raypak to our specifications, these 82% efficient atmospheric boilers and water heaters are tailor made for the carwash industry. Simple to operate and maintain, all our atmospheric boilers feature copper and brass waterways with the longest lasting cupro-nickel heat exchanger and a durable powder coated cabinet finish. These models have special electronic controls and are pre-wired to make your installation simpler.

As simple as they come.
The Rheem tank type water heater provides hot water production and storage in one small footprint. Rheem has models available with up to 95% efficiency and in a variety of sizes to meet the car wash operators hot water needs and budget.
Tankless Water Heaters
Instant-Pak - Space saving, wall mounted tankless water heater units provide up to 9.5 gallons per minute of continuous hot water (at 35 Delta-T). Up to 20 units can be connected together (with available controls) to add additional capacity.
Oil Fired Heaters
We've taken the spot free rinse system to the next level. These are the best built and best backed units in the industry. We begin by using only high quality components to ensure reliable, long lasting operation. We then add quality construction with all stainless steel water ways and frame, so there's no worry about corrosion or frame failure. Computerized controls that monitor critical system functions such as water quality, freshwater temperature and run time are standard on our units. And finally, each unit is pre-tested before it leaves our factory. We also include an installation parts kit and maintenance kit with each unit to get you started.
We also have available system accessories such as storage tanks, frame mounted repressurization systems and a full line of replacement parts and supplies. And our systems are backed by a two year limited warranty!

Water Softener
There are several reasons to use softened water in your car wash. Most importantly, hard water impedes the cleaning process - causing you to use more chemicals. Second, hard water can reduce the life of your equipment by creating scale and mineral buildup.
Solve both these problems with a Propak Water Softener. Our softeners are built with quality components to work reliably for years and coupled with one of our pre-plumbed softener manifolds will make your installation easier too. And each unit is preset for your feed water hardness prior to shipment. We have softeners available with continuous flow rates from 13 GPM to 176 GPM (depending on feedwater hardness).

Water Pressure Booster Systems
Our systems have everything you need to properly install a ice prevention system backed by over 60 years experience in the industry.
Detailed drawings based on your building's specifications are provided to aid the tubing and plumbing installation. This helps eliminate errors and missed areas which allows the systems to operate effectively and efficiently.
Our optional Therm-Mizer - Energy Management Control provides the operator with zone controlled heat. Individual zones are thermostatically controlled so that your system only heats areas that need to be heated. This provides a more efficient system reducing fuel and other operating costs.
Available Snow Melt control to automatically detect snow or ice on areas ranging from walkways and driveways to building fronts and vac isles. This sensor allows the system to automatically operate the snow/ice melt system only when snow or ice is present.
Huron Valley Sales pioneered underfloor radiant heat in the car wash industry in the 1960's and we have continually improved our systems and designs for effectiveness, efficiency and ease of installation. Our systems feature flexible PE-RT tubing, extruded aluminum pre-assembled manifolds, manifold boxes, installation kit with time saving tools, system pressure testing kit and a multi-color detailed tubing installation drawing and instructions. We can also provide underfloor radiant insulation to help your system operate even more effectively. The experience we have obtained after 60 plus years in the business can help avoid and overcome your most difficult field installation obstacles.

VFD or Constant Speed Controlled Pumps
The solution for car washes suffering from insufficient feed water pressure. Our systems are designed to boost system water pressure 20 - 50 psi and help you provide a consistent pressure and effective wash. With either energy saving, electronically controlled VFD pumps or economical constant speed pumps, we can help meet your system pressure demands on your busiest days. Complete system packages are available with stand, well tank, gauges, and manifold.
